NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has levied a lot of penalties over the years and now that Goodell himself is coming under fire a lot of formerly-punished NFL players are taunting Goodell on Twitter.

Recently retired former linebacker James Harrison was often fined and suspended by Goodell.

Harrison is alluding that it may be Goodell’s plan to plead ignorance.  New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton used that defense when he claimed he did not know about the bounty program in place with the Saints.  Goodell handed Payton a one-year suspension.

Former Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma chimed in on Twitter too.

He should be held accountable for his lack of action just like Ray Rice has finally been held accountable for his actions.

Former Saints linebacker Scott Fujita was also caught up in the bounty scandal and suspeneded had this to say about Goodell.

Former Philadelphia Eagles running back Brian Westbrook has a stern message for Goodell and wraps up why many are calling for him to lose his job.
