In honor of this weekend’s biggest plays and explosive displays of effort over the weekend, I would like to bring to you BOSS Sports Beast Mode Report.  I will present to you top plays, big team wins and those effort plays that exemplify BEAST MODE !!

No. 10 Texas Christian University Horned Frogs ( with their certified BEAST MODE performance at home against tcu82the Texas Tech Raiders with a 82-27, marking the second-most pointsbmodeon scored in a game by a Big 12 team and the most in a Big 12 conference game.  82 points !!!

The Horned Frogs were led by their quarterback Trevone Boykin, who threw a school-record 7 touchdown passes for an astonishing 433 yards.  Boykin threw for 7 TDs all of last year and even TCU’s basketball team only scored more than 82 points once last season.

That’s what I call BEAST MODE !!

abdullah341No. 16 Nebraska‘s do it all running back Ameer Abdullah ate up 341 all-purpose yards to fuel the Cornhuskers’ 42-24 victory over Rutgers University.  Abdullah ran for 225 yards on 19 carries, for 3 TDs and set a new school all-purpose record.

“Every time I step on the field, whether practice or games, I’m always creating memories here,” Abdullah said. “These are always things I’m going to remember, coming here and playing football for this great university.”

jrobinsonmsuNo. 1 Mississippi State got all they could handle out of the Kentucky Wildcats pulling away in the 4th quarter to beat the ‘Cats 45-31.  MSUptow Running back Josh Robinson led the Bulldogs with 198 yards rushing on 23 carries, including a scamper where he was able to break an incredible 7 tackles.

UK quarterback Patrick Towles was in BEAST MODE in his own right passing for 390 yards and 2 TDs on 24-43 passing, also leading the ‘Cats with 76 yards rushing and 2 rushing TDs.  The SEC is nothing to play with!  The SEC = BEAST MODE !!

tbchiTom Brady, possibly motivated by Peyton Manning‘s record-breaking performance, torches the Chicago Bears 51-23, completing 30-35 passes for 354 yards and 5 TDs.  Brady and tight end Rob Gronkowski hooked up for bmodeonbuttonthree-touchdowns as Gronk hauled in 9 catches for 149 yards.  Brady and the New England Patriots (6-2) looked geared up for Manning and the Denver Broncos (6-1) coming into Foxboro next week.

Be on the lookout for more BOSS Sports Beast Mode plays and see the best plays of the weekend.  FEEL THE RUSH !!
