Is Michael Jordan Too Old to be Having Kids?
By Brandon Simmons
Michael Jordan is arguably the greatest player in NBA history. He is known for his multiple MVP awards, Olympic medals, NBA championships and of course sneakers which have spanned over 20 years. Now he will be known another for another putting together another multiple in his life. According to TMZ sports, the 50-year-old Jordan will be expecting twins with his current wife, Cuban-American model Yvette Prieto. The Hall-of-Fame guard confirmed this report on November 30. The twins will be the couple’s first children but they are not Jordan’s only children. The former Bulls superstar has 3 kids – Jeffrey, 24, Marcus James, 22, and a daughter, Jasmine, 19 all of whom were born from a previous 17 year marriage to Juanita Venoy. The couple have only been married 8 months but also made news with their ceremony. According to the Huffington Post, their wedding reception held a tent that was roughly 40,000 square feet making it the largest in history.
Not a bad look for Jordan considering he still looks fit and will probably need whatever energy he has left to chase after twins, show them how to dunk or teach them how to take over an entire sneaker industry. Now TMZ is also the only outlet to report that his “Airness” will be having twin girls so that energy still can be used to do all of those things but also to protect them from the potential teenage boys trying get with the Jordan twins for a chance at some free shoes. Nevertheless whether they become dominant in the business world or saviors to the Charlotte Bobcats, Jordan and Prieto will surely have a blessing on their hands. Congratulations to the happy couple on the beginning of their new family.
